City Museum wedding for Jeff and Maggie!

We had the great honor of shooting Maggie & Jeff’s wedding at the city museum on Saturday. It was just a great venue and everything looked so beautiful! It was a great choice for such a great couple. Maggie & Jeff are just adorable together. The perfect mix! We had a lot of fun shooting this wedding. Here are a few of our favorites below.

We had the great honor of shooting John & Chelsea’s wedding this past Saturday. Chelsea is the daughter of one of my very dear friends so I’ve watched Chelsea grow in to the amazing woman she is today. She and John are the perfect match. She is just amazing and he has the best personality I’ve ever seen. They had a beautiful day. The weather was perfect the couple are perfect for each other…. what more could two photographers ask for! Chelsea & John we wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

Scott and Kim are engaged!

It’s obvious from even the most casual observer that Scott & Kim are perfect together! I got the privilege of getting to spend some time with these two great people while doing their engagement shoot. I must say they are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. It doesn’t hurt that Scott and I share the same taste in movies.

The weather was awesome and we got some great stuff. I can’t wait for their wedding! Here’s a sneak peak…

Merry Christmas everyone!

Crystal and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for such a wonderful year. Even though our holidays are filled with family and food (way too much of the food part!), we still want to take just a moment to send you our best holiday wishes and we hope 2011 is even better than 2010!

Oh, and thank you Santa for my Canon 70-200mm lens coffee mug! Lovin’ it!

Wade and Candi are getting Married!

Last week, I had the honor of meeting Wade and Candi. Both of them are doing us proud by serving our country in the Army. In addition to that, they are simply a delight to be around. They are fun and up for just about anything. As you can see below, Candi is cracking up. The next photo will show you why… Apparently, this is what happens when I ask someone to hold their “James Bond” look too long. Wade popped into silly mode for a split second. As soon as he did it, he heard the camera snap away and he knew he was busted. He’s a great sport though. He just laughed when I told him this shot was going on the blog.

Portraits in the Park Fall 2010… check!

Portraits in the park went off without a hitch! We had an awesome day. Perfect weather and the kids with 2 and 4 feet did an amazing job! I forget just how adorable kids can be when you make them a part of the shoot and not just the subject. They really love getting involved. Portraits in the Park 2010!

We are having our annual “Portraits in the Park” free sessions again this year on Oct 16th (with a rain makeup on the 23rd.) I’m actually not sure what we’re officially calling it this year. I wanted to call it “Picture-Pallooza” but Crystal veto’d that one down talking about “good taste” or something like that.

We will be having the free photo sessions at picturesque Drace Park this year. As usual, we are waiving our sitting fee, so your photo session costs you nothing and you are under no obligation to buy. This a great opportunity to get photos taken with you and your significant other, your family, sports team, or even friends! The park is also very pet friendly.

We will make your photos available online for you to review in a password protected gallery ensuring your privacy. You can give out the password to anyone you want to view the pictures. Even out of town relatives!

Please use the “Book Now” button below to use our new handy-dandy appointment thingy to schedule your sitting time.

We are planning on afternoon sessions to best take advantage of the direction of the light, so plan accordingly.

Prem and Shahzeen are Getting Married!

We had the great honor of shooting Prem and Shahzeen’s engagement party. We spent a wonderful evening with this fabulous couple. Shahzeen is adorable and so sweet. Prem was just amazing… the words “calm cool & collected” just barely scratch the surface. They are a perfect match! What a beautiful wedding this will be.

Chris and Mandy are Married!

What a day… Chris & Mandy were married at the beautiful Hermann Hill Chapel. I must say that’s quickly becoming one of our favorite venues. Not to mention Hermann is an amazing place. I get inspired just thinking of it! It’s got such a great country rustic feel that perfectly suited these two. They are a great couple and Chris is super playful and full of energy. Mandy is completely laid back and so sweet. They are a wonderful compliment for each other.

Mandy’s parents live on a hay farm! Due to the horrible afternoon weather, we weren’t able to really utilize it without creating an impromptu “Trash the Dress” session! But we were still able to capture this wonderful shot of the two amazing people!

Mandy & Chris, we wish you both a life time of happiness. It was a pleasure to shoot your wedding and we are honored that you choose us to be your photographers.
