Exciting New Changes TODAY!!!

We’ve taken a long time to really evaluate the package options our clients choose. In doing so, we’ve come up with a single offering that encompasses all the options our clients typically take advantage of, making the process a bit more streamlined based on our clients needs.

There’s plenty of way to customize things to suite everyone with lots of add-on’s and VIP perks. We are thrilled about this new streamlined pricing and we have TONS of exciting new products joining our lineup! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Crystal and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone for such a wonderful year. Even though our holidays are filled with family and food (way too much of the food part!), we still want to take just a moment to send you our best holiday wishes and we hope 2011 is even better than 2010!

Oh, and thank you Santa for my Canon 70-200mm lens coffee mug! Lovin’ it!

Portraits in the Park 2010!

We are having our annual “Portraits in the Park” free sessions again this year on Oct 16th (with a rain makeup on the 23rd.) I’m actually not sure what we’re officially calling it this year. I wanted to call it “Picture-Pallooza” but Crystal veto’d that one down talking about “good taste” or something like that. :)

We will be having the free photo sessions at picturesque Drace Park this year. As usual, we are waiving our sitting fee, so your photo session costs you nothing and you are under no obligation to buy. This a great opportunity to get photos taken with you and your significant other, your family, sports team, or even friends! The park is also very pet friendly.

We will make your photos available online for you to review in a password protected gallery ensuring your privacy. You can give out the password to anyone you want to view the pictures. Even out of town relatives!

Please use the “Book Now” button below to use our new handy-dandy appointment thingy to schedule your sitting time.

We are planning on afternoon sessions to best take advantage of the direction of the light, so plan accordingly.

We’ve been voted “Best of Wedddings”!

image005We’ve always tried to stay “under the radar” and out of the mainstream to allow us the freedom and flexibility to work with the coolest brides in the area. That’s why we were so shocked when Linda from “The Knot” magazine called us to let us know were going to be in their “Best of Weddings” issue for our region. We were nominated and voted best by brides around the area!

When Crystal and I started shooting weddings 4 years ago at the request of our portrait clients, we nervously said yes. After all, it’s a HUGE deal to be responsible for capturing a once-in-a-lifetime event for someone! Even after all these years, we still have the same feeling of extreme responsibility every time we shoot a brides wedding.

That’s why we can’t even begin to tell you how incredibly huge this honor is for us.  Thank you to our brides who voted; we honestly feel that we have the best brides to work with as well!

Show-N-Tell

Colortouch Photography took part in it’s first bridal show yesterday! St. Louis Best Bridal had a show yesterday at Harrah’s and it was a smash. There were sooooo many people there. Upstairs in the main show area, it was packed! We ended up with an excellent space right at the front door of the casino where we weren’t all smushed in. We thought our “booth” turned out really nice. All it took was a really huge picture of Sammi! Here’s a couple of snapshots of our booth for you to gander at…

We met so many really great people and had a blast. We even had a chance to meet some other really neat vendors.

Thanks again for everyone who stopped by the booth and chatted with us. We would like to offer a special gift to any bride that books from seeing us at the show. We will take off an additional $100 off your package (excluding the basic custom package). Make sure you keep you official Colortouch flier you received when we met you! or if you registered for the raffle that will work too!
