We had the great honor of shooting Megan & Patrick’s engagement photos on Tuesday evening in the Central West End. Such a great time… Megan & Patrick are so adorable together. They are what love is all about! So sweet smiley and happy together. I can see a lifetime of happiness for these two no doubt. Dan and I both remarked at how this wedding will be sooo easy to shoot! Can’t wait! Here are a couple of the pix form our engagement session.

Natalie & Tivis

We did Natalie & Tivis’s shoot on Monday night in the Loop. What an amazing time we had. We started out at their beautiful loft. When we met with these two Dan and I remarked at how if they booked we definitely wanted to shoot their engagement shots starting in their amazing building! So we got these shots with little miss Joyo, of their entrance to their building and off their wonderful balcony.

We then headed down to the Loop an amazing place for some amazingly creative shots for two amazingly creative people. They were up for anything and Tivis has quite the eye so he gave some wonderful input that led to some fantastic shots! Thanks so much for a great evening we can’t wait for the wedding.

We had a great time with Amanda & Riley on Sunday as well. It’s adorable to see these two in action. Riley absolutely adores Amanda and it’s so sweet. We asked them to climb quite a bit and he’d throw her on his back and piggy back her down all the steep inclines so she didn’t get hurt in her heels. We can’t wait for the wedding; here are a few shots from their shoot on Sunday.

It’s obvious from even the most casual observer that Scott & Kim are perfect together! I got the privilege of getting to spend some time with these two great people while doing their engagement shoot. I must say they are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. It doesn’t hurt that Scott and I share the same taste in movies.

The weather was awesome and we got some great stuff. I can’t wait for their wedding! Here’s a sneak peak…

Wade and Candi are getting Married!

Last week, I had the honor of meeting Wade and Candi. Both of them are doing us proud by serving our country in the Army. In addition to that, they are simply a delight to be around. They are fun and up for just about anything. As you can see below, Candi is cracking up. The next photo will show you why… Apparently, this is what happens when I ask someone to hold their “James Bond” look too long. Wade popped into silly mode for a split second. As soon as he did it, he heard the camera snap away and he knew he was busted. He’s a great sport though. He just laughed when I told him this shot was going on the blog.

Well I told Dan when we met with these two that if they didn’t book with us, I’d be heart broken. I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding. These two are super fun; so laid back, and so much like us! Dan and I had the great honor of spending the evening with them shooting their engagement photos in St. Charles on Saturday. We had such a great time and couldn’t hardly narrow down the shots; there was just so many great shots it was hard to choose just a few.

Here are a few of our must haves from the engagement shoot on Saturday. Dave & Christine thank you again for drinks & dinner and next time it’s on us!

Megan & Ryan are engaged!

We had a great time shooting Megan & Ryan’s engagement photos in Forest Park on Sunday. I’m talking primo weather! The first attempted engagement shoot a couple of weeks back was canceled due to horrible thunderstorms, but they made up for it Sunday and then some. Megan & Ryan are adorable. So up for anything and completely ready for our shoot. We love it when everything comes together just perfect. Looking forward to July at the beautiful Herman Hill Winery!

Prem and Shahzeen are Getting Married!

We had the great honor of shooting Prem and Shahzeen’s engagement party. We spent a wonderful evening with this fabulous couple. Shahzeen is adorable and so sweet. Prem was just amazing… the words “calm cool & collected” just barely scratch the surface. They are a perfect match! What a beautiful wedding this will be.
