Dan’s got a new toy! (Canon 5D MKII)

Crystal let me have my Christmas present early last night. a brand spanking new camera! It is the Canon 5D MKII. I won’t go into the tech details (Google is your friend here!), but this camera is awesome! I can’t wait to start using it. Crys snatched it from my hands and took a quick shot of me with the box as evidence!

Colortouch Thanksgiving Blog Quiz and givaway!!!

Rib City

After shooting the Hobdy Family, we decided to try a new Rib restaurant in town called Rib City. I think Crystal fell in love the instant she saw that they had okra on the menu! Our experience was nice. Candice was our server and she was great. I had the “Best ribs your ever eat” baby-back ribs, and they were excellent!

Computer bit the big one!

Well a few months ago our computer got a little sick and it slowed things up a bit. However, last Friday it died the big death. Dan told me that he would need to run out and get a drive to copy everything on to and then reformat the drives. (good to be married to a computer geek/photographer!) So out to Best Buy we went because we had three shoots on Saturday. So Jenn & DJ, Rickman Family, & David & Ashley your photos will be on the blog soon. So sorry for the delay.

Here is a funny little cartoon my husband emailed to me today. The subject of the email said “this is sooo us!” I couldn’t agree more!

Ahhh… The life of a photographers wife! LOL.
