Welcome to Colortouch Photography's blog. Actually, it is more of a blog for us... Crystal and Dan. We are the owners and photographers for Colortouch and serve the St. Louis and metro area. Photography is truly our passion, and we wanted to share with you a little more of us then you get from our website.

We had the great honor of shooting Mark & Molly’s vow renewal ceremony. They had the most amazing day at the Botanical Garden’s. They were married in the beautiful Japanese Garden and then headed to the Planetarium for the reception. Mark & Molly are super sweet. We had a great time shooting these two.

Well my newest client has had his official 2nd shoot. My nephew Carter was born on May 12th and has graced our blog once before in his first official “Welcome to the World” shoot. Carter has changed so much in the last month. He’s such a good baby and has an adorable little personality. I really wish I could see him more. Here are a few of our favorites from the shoot.
We had the great honor of shooting Prem and Shahzeen’s engagement party. We spent a wonderful evening with this fabulous couple. Shahzeen is adorable and so sweet. Prem was just amazing… the words “calm cool & collected” just barely scratch the surface. They are a perfect match! What a beautiful wedding this will be.
Shahzeen & Prem, we were honored that you gave us the privilege of shooting your event. Dan and I wish you a lifetime of happiness.
What a day… Chris & Mandy were married at the beautiful Hermann Hill Chapel. I must say that’s quickly becoming one of our favorite venues. Not to mention Hermann is an amazing place. I get inspired just thinking of it! It’s got such a great country rustic feel that perfectly suited these two. They are a great couple and Chris is super playful and full of energy. Mandy is completely laid back and so sweet. They are a wonderful compliment for each other.
Mandy’s parents live on a hay farm! Due to the horrible afternoon weather, we weren’t able to really utilize it without creating an impromptu “Trash the Dress” session! But we were still able to capture this wonderful shot of the two amazing people!
Mandy & Chris, we wish you both a life time of happiness. It was a pleasure to shoot your wedding and we are honored that you choose us to be your photographers.
We were recently blessed with a new nephew. My sister Katrina gave birth to little Carter Scott on May 12th. This bouncing baby boy came in at 1:01 a.m. weighing 7lbs 2oz and was a whopping 22 inches long. Katrina, Tyler & Carter are doing great. He is an absolute doll and the best baby. We are super excited to have little Carter join the family. He’ll be the focus of many o’ blog entries to come! Welcome to the world Carter!

It was so great working with you two. You both made us feel comfortable right off the bat. You went above and beyond to help us out (example, when Crystal took out her own hair pins to help me get ready!). You said the right things to get the perfect pictures and we couldn’t have asked for better photographers. Even though we haven’t seen all of the pictures yet, the ones you put up are enough for us to say we are extremely happy with your work, and we look forward to working with you in the future!
