Christine & Dave

Well I told Dan when we met with these two that if they didn’t book with us, I’d be heart broken. I couldn’t wait to shoot their wedding. These two are super fun; so laid back, and so much like us! Dan and I had the great honor of spending the evening with them shooting their engagement photos in St. Charles on Saturday. We had such a great time and couldn’t hardly narrow down the shots; there was just so many great shots it was  hard to choose just a few.

Tea Time

Last night, Crystal and I had a blast with John and Carol Hurst at the Olde Town Spice Shoppe in Old Town St. Charles. John asked for some help in getting photographs of their products for the new website they are building so we said we’d give him a hand. They have a huge array of spices and teas and want to offer them online to their customers. IMG_4873They have such a awesome little shop that’s stuffed to the rafters with aromatic goodness. Crystal, being a tea lover, thought she died and went to heaven! John and Carol are so much fun and they really know their stuff and have the incredible selection of products to prove it. Brad and Pattie are getting married!

Today, Crystal and I had the true joy of shooting Brad & Pattie’s engagement photographs. These two are a hoot! We had such a great time working with them. So much so, that we couldn’t even call it work. Brad and Patty have infectious personalities that just make you want to smile when you’re with them.

We met up in New Town in St. Charles on what had to be the prettiest day of the year so far. Brad was fashionably late, but he had a good reason. He was shopping for some new clothes for Pattie. Crystal though it was the sweetest thing ever and then asked me why I don’t do nice things like that for her anymore. Thanks for making me look bad Brad!  ;)    I thought us guys were supposed to stick together!

There are so many awesome shots from today that I fear that it will take us 6 months to narrow them down to a manageable number. In the meantime, Crystal picked a couple to wet your appetite!
