Natalie & Tivis are married!

Boy what a day!!! Natalie & Tivis had an amazing day filled with great friends & family and beautiful views. The ceremony & reception were held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown St. Louis. Such an amazing venue to have a wedding on the terrace. The ceremony site over looks the beautiful arch & it’s grounds we had the great honor so shooting such an amazing event and loved sharing their amazing day.

Here are a few of our faves…

I wanted to shoot a shot of the arch at night from the terrace and I saw the reflection of the party in the window at the same time. A quick adjustment of my flash and I was able to capture this unique image. - Dan"][/caption]

Candi & Wade are Mr & Mrs

We had the pleasure of shooting Candi & Wade‘s wedding at the beautiful Hermannof Winery in downtown Hermann, MO.  We’ve had a great long 6 years of shooting weddings with no rain outs! Well this amazing streak had to come to and end at some point but it sure didn’t happen on Saturday either! We are 6 years and going strong with no photo rain outs! (Yes, yet another selling point) :)

Although we had some sporadic showers this amazing couple surely didn’t let it rain on their parade! They as expected took it all in stride and had an amazing wedding. They are just perfect together, Wade is calm, cool and collected and Candi kept everything moving along with grace and style. We had so many amazing images it was hard for me to choose. So here are a few of our favorites from the day.

Dave & Christine…

I usually tell a few of the great things about our clients and move on to the photos…. This time I think I’ll tell you a bit more about our “clients” aka friends Dave & Christine. When we did our initial client meeting with them I looked at Dan and told him “If we don’t shoot their wedding I’ll be so sad!” Well after a very witty email from Mr. Dave (a few scant moments after our meeting ended) we were told we got the honor of being their chosen photographer.

When we did their engagement photos, Dan and I liked them so well we couldn’t imagine how we hadn’t been friends with them for years. Well several months after one of the best engagement sessions we’ve ever done, we finally got the honor of shooting our newest friends wedding.

What an amazing day, filled with amazing locations, with two of the most amazing people we’ve ever met. Here are a few of our favorites from the amazing day.

-  Dave & Christine, We wish you a lifetime of  love & happiness. Dan & I want to thank you again for the amazing honor of being called your photographers and to be called your friends. We look forward to all of the great things to come!

With much love,
Dan & Crystal

John & Chelsea are Mr. & Mrs.

We had the great honor of shooting John & Chelsea’s wedding this past Saturday. Chelsea is the daughter of one of my very dear friends so I’ve watched Chelsea grow in to the amazing woman she is today. She and John are the perfect match. She is just amazing and he has the best personality I’ve ever seen.  They had a beautiful day. The weather was perfect the couple are perfect for each other…. what more could two photographers ask for! Chelsea & John we wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

Here are few of our favorites from the day.

Jeremy & Sarah… Are Mr. & Mrs.

We got the honor of shooting Jeremy & Sarah’s wedding last weekend. Jeremy and Sarah are just adorable together. She has this most adorable little polite northeastern charm and he’s such a devoted guy that it really was beautiful to see.

I’ve gotten the privlege of seeing Jeremy turn from a small little guy who loved to play with his trucks in to the amazing man he is today. My mom & Jeremy’s mom are best friends. So it’s always been a great joy to know him and to see the man he is has turned in to today is so amazing.

Knowing his family the way I do (since I practically grew up with them) we knew we were in for one amazing event. They sure didn’t disappoint. I’m sure this was just the send off Jeremy needed as he is a member of the Armed Forces and has been called up to defend our country. Jeremy I really couldn’t be prouder of you. You’ve turned in to the most amazing man and Sarah is a very lucky girl. You too have gotten quite a gem in her. Dan and I wish you both all the luck and love in the world, you both deserve it.

XOXO
