We had the great honor of shooting Megan & Patrick’s engagement photos on Tuesday evening in the Central West End. Such a great time… Megan & Patrick are so adorable together. They are what love is all about! So sweet smiley and happy together. I can see a lifetime of happiness for these two no doubt. Dan and I both remarked at how this wedding will be sooo easy to shoot! Can’t wait! Here are a couple of the pix form our engagement session.
Just a reminder to brides that it’s time to start scheduling your engagement session. The summer schedule fills up quickly and you don’t want to be scrambling at the last minute trying to squeeze it in.
For those brides who have been on the fence about booking your photographer, use an engagement session to get to know them and see if they are a good fit with you. It’s a much cheaper alternative than diving head-long into a wedding photography contract, and should get you some great pics with your fiance to boot!
If you’re not happy with your photographer after that, then you aren’t tied to an expensive package and can continue shopping. But you will need to start doing it now before it’s too late!

Saturday was chilly. Not 3 degrees kinda chilly like a couple of days before, but it was still chilly. That didn’t stop Dave and Ashley from getting married. In fact, it ended up being an awesome day.
When Dave and Ashley contacted us last year about their January wedding, we were all excited about doing it. We had visions of wedding party snowball fights and everything. The snow didn’t happen, but the wedding did and it was perfect.
Her flowers were done by Sisters Flowers in Kirkwood and there breathtaking to say the least! Dave and Ashley we so much fun and although we were shooting in cold weather, they did great! In fact, we had so many great shots that we could resist posting a half-trillion of them here on the blog. 
Suprize, suprize! Just wanted to share a little snapshot of our three lazy dogs doing anything they can sit sit next to Crystal!
Our main computer is back up and now we can back to getting everyone’s pictures done!
On Saturday, we met up with DJ & Jenn at Forrest Park at 8am to take advantage of the light and because they had to make it to 2 weddings that day! The light was wonderful, but the brisk 50 degree weather made for a chilly shoot. They braved it though and we had a great time.
